Terms and Conditions:

1. The Shopping Gift program runs from March 1st to April 30th, 2024, with the grand prize being 1 (one) unit of Honda Brio.
2. Every accumulation of purchases with multiples of transaction receipts of Rp 200,000,- uploaded to the Summarecon Mall Apps will earn points for the Grand Prize Draw, consisting of 1 Unit Honda Brio.
3. Receipts eligible for points towards the grand prize must be uploaded on the same day as the purchase date (no later than 23.59 WIB), and approved by the application admin.
4. The grand prize draw will take place on Sunday, May 5th, 2024 at 17.00 WIB.
5. Winners must be present at the grand prize draw.
6. The grand prize of the Shopping Gift cannot be exchanged for cash. The selection of the prize`s color, shape, size, brand, type, and year of the vehicle is entirely at the discretion of Summarecon Villaggio Outlets Management.
7. Taxes on the Shopping Gift grand prize are the responsibility of the winner.
8. The Shopping Gift program`s grand prize is not applicable to all employees of Summarecon Agung Tbk Group (permanent/contract employees), tenants (store owners/employees), advertising agencies, sponsors, and their families.
9. The terms of the Shopping Gift program are non-negotiable. Summarecon Villaggio Outlets Management reserves the right to cancel the grand prize if the winner fails to meet the requirements or violates the applicable terms.
